Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation, collaborating with the designated Litigation Support Coordinator.
- Administer litigation support systems, performing testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and maintenance of resources for data, voice, and video transmission.
- Ensure systems are available, functional, and secure, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the litigation support environment.
- Install and configure new litigation support hardware and software while resolving any interface and interoperability issues.
- Oversee and manage the inventory of litigation support equipment.
- Implement security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
- Develop and enforce policies to ensure reliability and accessibility of litigation support systems.
