The IT Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a comprehensive technology and digital transformation strategy that propels business growth, enhances operational efficiency, fosters innovation, and fortifies cyber resilience. This position is essential for maintaining long-term competitive advantage in the market.
The IT Manager will integrate various aspects of IT, digital platforms, data management, automation, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies into a unified transformation agenda that aligns with corporate strategy and meets shareholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology & Digital Strategy
- Develop and manage a 3–5-year Technology & Digital Transformation Roadmap in line with corporate and business strategies.
- Translate strategic business goals into scalable digital platforms, architectural frameworks, and capability development plans.
- Lead the modernization of legacy systems and facilitate the transition to cloud-based, data-centric, and AI-driven operational frameworks.
2. Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Champion comprehensive digital transformation initiatives across core value chains, including manufacturing, supply chain, sales, customer experience, finance, HR, and governance.
- Establish frameworks for innovation, create digital labs, and forge partnerships with technology providers, startups, and academic institutions.
- Support automation initiatives, Industry 4.0 advancements, Internet of Things (IoT) applications, and smart operational strategies.
3. IT & Enterprise Architecture
- Oversee enterprise architecture, application landscapes, infrastructure, cloud strategies, and integration platforms.
- Ensure systems interoperability, scalability, performance, and business continuity.
- Direct ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, PLM, BI, and core platform strategy and governance.
4. Cybersecurity & Technology Risk Management
- Develop and manage enterprise-wide cybersecurity, data privacy, and resilience frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, governance, and IPO-readiness standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NCA, PDPL, SOX-ITGC, CMA/SEC expectations).
- Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and crisis management preparedness efforts.
5. Data, Analytics & AI
- Create a cohesive data strategy addressing governance, quality, master data management, analytics, AI/ML, and decision intelligence.
- Facilitate real-time executive dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision-making support systems.
- Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant utilization of AI and advanced analytics.
6. Technology Governance & Investment
- Chair the Technology Investment Committee and Digital Portfolio Review.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, return on investment, risk assessment, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee technology budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement strategies.
7. Team Development & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
