UniUni seeks an IT Manager to oversee corporate IT operations for users throughout North America. This position is based in Canada and centers on supporting the technology and systems that help employees stay productive and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the organization's Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
- Oversee endpoint management using Intune, including policy setup and device deployment.
- Control access to SaaS applications, ensuring secure and reliable usage for all users.
- Lead the help desk as the main contact for IT support requests.
- Serve as the primary owner of the technology stack supporting UniUni employees.
- Take part in daily IT operations, including resolving support tickets, preparing and shipping laptops, and developing runbooks with the team.
Team Leadership
This is a hands-on management role. The IT Manager leads a small team of 1 to 3 IT analysts and administrators, collaborating closely on both strategic initiatives and daily operational tasks.
Scope
The role covers all corporate users in North America, with responsibility for managing their devices, identities, and SaaS applications.
