Key Responsibilities Collaborate effectively with the Business Development and Product Development/Creative teams to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Develop innovative campaign ideas, oversee execution, and conduct post-campaign evaluations to assess success and impact for over 20 consumer product brands, including major names like MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Vh1, Colors, Star, and more. Engage in content creation and the rollout of digital campaigns across social media and websites, as well as in-person activations such as Trade Shows, Mall Activations, and Retail Branding. Additionally, manage print campaigns and on-air promotions, including promotional videos and in-content product integrations. Skills & Attributes for Success Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of marketing and branding concepts. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, conduct competition analysis, and possess a strategic mindset to roll out campaigns within established timelines. Preferred Education & Experience A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
