Role overview
This IT Operations Helpdesk Administrator role is part of a small, remote team based in Vietnam. The team provides operational and helpdesk support for Telnyx’s global workforce, focusing on coverage during weekends and off-peak hours. There are three open positions, each with a specific schedule to ensure continuous support.
Work location
This is a remote role within Vietnam. Candidates can be located in Hanoi, Saigon, or anywhere else in the country.
Schedule and coverage
- Weekend coverage: Saturday and Sunday, 24 hours total, divided into three 8-hour shifts.
- Weekday shifts: Each person covers one or two days, 06:00–14:00 ICT, supporting Asia-Pacific business hours and bridging US/EU operations.
Team members coordinate schedules and may swap shifts as needed. Assigned weekly hours range from 24 to 32, depending on the schedule.
What you will do
- Deliver reactive helpdesk support to Telnyx’s global team during assigned shifts.
- Work on proactive IT projects during quieter periods.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain continuous coverage and support.
