Role Overview

As Alan continues to grow internationally (over 700 employees, 100+ healthcare experts, spanning 5+ countries), we are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to oversee network infrastructure, device security, and compliance, all while minimizing manual operations through automation. You will operate independently within the IT Community, collaborating with Security and internal tool development teams to ensure our infrastructure scales effectively without increasing manual workload.

Location: Based in Paris - You will work from our Valmy office at least 3 days a week, with options for remote work on other days.

Your Initial Journey

Participate in the IT on-call rotation addressing all IT inquiries.
Resolve the majority of inquiries effectively, providing long-term solutions to recurring challenges.

First 6 Months

Take ownership of the Infrastructure & Security workstream, ensuring optimal operations...
