European Dynamics is seeking an IT Project Manager based in Brussels, Belgium. This role involves both office-based and client-site work, joining the Development team to work closely with a major client’s IT group. The focus is on delivering IT projects efficiently while ensuring strong coordination across teams.
Main responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT project deliveries. Maintain and update project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and document assumptions using frameworks such as PM² or PM²-Agile.
- Organize and assess acceptance testing, including user acceptance and regression tests. Oversee test cycle planning, allocate resources, and confirm results before production deployment.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates on IT modules and related projects. Produce progress reports, RAG status updates, dashboards, and presentations for steering committees and governance groups.
- Act as a point of contact for projects involving other services within the Erasmus+ and ESC ecosystems, supporting alignment of cross-functional initiatives.
- Contribute to defining business needs to ensure alignment with program objectives and compatibility with the existing Information Systems environment.
- Use business analysis or solution architecture experience to review and validate proposed solutions, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and compliance with architecture and security standards.
- Support understanding of Erasmus+ and ESC programs and related documentation, making sure workflows and processes meet program requirements.
