Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute actively to the creation of a secure and reliable IT infrastructure, emphasizing cybersecurity and network monitoring.
- Respond swiftly to security alerts and incidents, executing necessary remediation actions.
- Conduct ongoing vulnerability assessments, performing in-depth technical analyses and risk evaluations.
- Proactively improve systems and processes to enhance detection capabilities and advance automation strategies.
- Engage in security evaluations, including audits and reviews, to guarantee compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Provide continuous support to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
- Oversee the maintenance of security programs and systems.
Qualifications:
- Completed education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (HTL, Bachelor’s degree, or higher).
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT Security Operations.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Windows Server and Client OS, Group Policies, Active Directory (On-Premise / Azure), and Virtualization.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security technologies, including Firewalls, Antivirus, AntiSpam, Vulnerability scanners, SIEM solutions, VPN, and MFA.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Able to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
