About the job

Join Atria Health, a pioneering membership-based preventive healthcare provider, as an IT Specialist in New York. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality primary and specialty care through innovative solutions, including 24/7 telemedicine access globally.

As part of a talented multi-specialty team comprising over 60 highly qualified physicians, we focus on proactive, preventive, and precision-based healthcare tailored to our members' needs. With a commitment to enhancing lifespan and healthspan, we utilize advanced screenings and personalized interventions to prevent and detect diseases early.

Each member's journey is guided by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates with specialists across various disciplines, ensuring comprehensive care. Through our nonprofit Atria Research Institute and Public Health Institute, we strive to translate medical breakthroughs into accessible preventive care for all.

In this role, you will bridge the agility of a startup with the excellence of a top-tier service organization in a traditional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach to support both corporate and clinical IT systems. Our internal service model is inspired by luxury hospitality, and we expect our IT team to reflect this standard of quality in their interactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-user devices for our extensive employee base, maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure to support clinical information systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of corporate office IT/network infrastructure. You will also oversee the IT and AV infrastructure of our high-end medical clinic, ensuring our teams can serve members in a secure and efficient manner.

In addition, you will support core clinical IT systems, including electronic health records (EHR), imaging systems (PACS), pharmacy systems, and other tools essential for our medical practice. While specific domain knowledge is not required, you will collaborate with vendors for specialized support and manage onboarding, network setup, and the availability of these systems.
