Key ResponsibilitiesUser Support & Service DeskAct as the first point of contact for IT support requests via Microsoft Teams, email, and in-person interactions. Log, triage, and monitor incidents and service requests, escalating to Level 2 support or the Head of IT when necessary. Provide on-site and remote support for Windows 10/11 and macOS devices, as well as Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and Ethernet. Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune / Autopilot. Identity & Account ManagementCreate, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) as per IT lifecycle protocols. Manage Microsoft 365 license assignments and group memberships. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with HR for timely access provisioning and deprovisioning. Assist with multi-factor authentication (MFA) enrollment and account recovery.
