Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in supporting a Microsoft-based enterprise environment with a strong emphasis on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). In this hands-on position, you will assist end users primarily utilizing AVD, adhering to established processes and runbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver L2-L3 technical support for users accessing systems through Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Diagnose and resolve login issues, session disconnections, performance concerns, and software access challenges.
- Provide assistance for local laptops primarily used for AVD connectivity.
- Manage and support AVD environments, including:
- Dynamic host pools.
- Golden image updates in accordance with runbooks.
- Software deployment to AVD hosts.
- Support user access and devices through:
- Active Directory (AD).
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Intune.
- Conduct daily system checks, adhere to change management processes, and escalate issues as necessary.
