Experience in documenting processes and analyzing performance metrics. Advanced understanding of database maintenance and system security. Ability to stay updated with the latest technical innovations and trends in IT support. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Role Overview

As an IT Support Specialist for the Makassar region, you will play a crucial role in managing IT hardware and software needs. You will engage in high mobility and collaborate with various teams to address their IT requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
  • Provide technical support across the organization, both in-person and via phone.
  • Set up accounts for new users efficiently.
  • Repair and replace equipment as required.
  • Test and evaluate new technology solutions.
  • Train junior staff to enhance their skills.
