Qualifications
What Do You Bring?A completed MBO ICT/IT level 4 education; HBO is a plus. Knowledge of networking. Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, Windows 10/11, and preferably Linux. A customer-oriented mindset: you are analytical, flexible, service-minded, and presentable.

As a vital member of our support team, you will serve as the key link between clients, partners, and cutting-edge technology. Your role involves providing user support, testing new products, and delivering practical solutions to technical challenges. What Will You Do?
You will offer technical support via phone and email, both at our office in Almere and on-site at client locations.
You will test and roll out new products based on IP communication (audio and video).
You will analyze issues, actively listen, and collaborate with manufacturers to find practical solutions.
