Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Technician (M/F) fluent in English, responsible for managing IT service requests across various levels for our client.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding of new employees: prepare and install hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Deskphones, etc.) and introduce them to our tools.
- Provide technical assistance to users in France, the United States, and the United Kingdom, both in-person and remotely.
- Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment issues (printers, desktops, laptops, deskphones) and network problems.
- Create and update procedures using Confluence.
- Prepare and manage mobile phones via MobileIron.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Set up and decommission Windows VMs.
- Utilize MECM/SCCM for collection management, Active Directory, and software and driver deployment.
- Administer user and machine accounts.
- Manage an Alcatel telephone server.
- Oversee Windows tools: DNS, DHCP, GPO, Services, Certificates, Regedit.
- Monitor system and network equipment, manage backups, and address system crashes.
- Continuously improve the system and office environment.
- Diagnose performance issues and failures, providing support to network and systems experts.
- Conduct technology watch and propose optimizations for the information system's security.
- Participate in the selection of hardware and software.
- Write PowerShell scripts for command and script creation.
