Your QualificationsCompleted vocational training as an IT specialist or a degree in an IT-related field (or equivalent). Fundamental understanding of network infrastructure and services. Initial experience with Linux, Apple, and Windows systems is preferred. Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented work approach. High level of innovation, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn new technologies. Excellent communication abilities and a strong sense of teamwork. Fluency in both German and English.

Your Role in the Team

As an IT System Administrator (All Genders), you will be pivotal in the ongoing enhancement and security of our IT infrastructure. You will operate at the intersection of IT security, user support, and system administration, ensuring that our teams function within a stable, secure, and modern IT framework. Your technical expertise will contribute to developing security protocols, onboarding initiatives, and our overall system environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strengthening security protocols for Linux, Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.

  • Assisting users with security inquiries and IT onboarding processes.

  • Serving as the primary contact for colleagues facing hardware, software, or network issues.

  • Designing and managing backup and recovery solutions.

  • Monitoring and optimizing system performance, including capacity planning.

  • Creating comprehensive technical documentation for the IT environment.

  • Actively participating in the development and implementation of security measures as part of various certifications.
