Qualifications
Role Overview:The IT Systems Analyst will support and resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests, and problems efficiently, in alignment with business requirements. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities:Timely management of incident reports through our ticketing system. Utilizing effective application maintenance and incident management processes to support IT applications. Communication with users regarding the status of their service requests and incidents. Liaising with IT suppliers to ensure prompt and professional resolution of incidents. Implementing problem prevention measures to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs. Conducting problem diagnosis and implementing resolutions or preventative measures. Monitoring the performance and availability of supported IT applications. Prioritizing and scheduling support activities. Maintaining technical documentation for IT application support. Contributing to disaster recovery initiatives. Managing external support suppliers as needed. Creating and updating internal documentation as required.
