As the IT Systems Architect at CGS Federal, you will play a pivotal role in leading diverse teams of developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to transform business requirements, process workflows, and use cases into comprehensive application solutions. You will leverage an enterprise-level vision to mentor and empower application development teams. As a PEGA architect, you will assist in the development and review of technical deliverables, establish standards, and design reusable components. Your expertise will also guide project planning, including timeline development and resource allocation.

Key Skills and Attributes:
- Act as the liaison between the Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams, effectively translating technical concepts for non-technical team members.
- Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders, as well as Lead Business Analysts, to transform business requirements into application functionalities.
- Engage in Agile software development sprints and participate in sprint planning activities.
- Define solution acceptance criteria and support the software testing process.
- Produce software release notes and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
- Mentor Software Development team members as necessary.
- Provide support to customer success teams and capture functional software requirements, translating them into user stories.
Qualifications:
