ROLE OVERVIEW: We are in search of an Enterprise Systems Engineer who will leverage AI as a core element of our enterprise systems implementation, integration, and operations. This role will take charge of the technical execution of our Workday and ERP ecosystem, utilizing advanced AI technologies such as Claude, Gemini, and Cursor to enhance implementation speed, integration quality, and ongoing system improvement. The ideal candidate will not only connect systems but will also create a robust, autonomous integration layer, combining deep platform expertise with the discernment to know when to configure, code, or let AI handle processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a cross-functional technical authority within the Workday and ERP ecosystems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with evolving business demands. Identify and implement low-friction AI use cases across Enterprise Systems, optimizing internal operations. Lead Workday and ERP implementations using AI-enhanced methodologies, from requirements gathering to post-launch support. Utilize Cursor with LLM-pair programming (Claude/Gemini) to significantly enhance development speed for integrations, transformation scripts, and API documentation. Create and maintain UAT test scripts, data migration mappings, and functional specifications using AI tools to minimize manual documentation efforts. Produce comprehensive technical documentation to support all aspects of system integration and operation.
