Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 10 years of experience, preferably in transportation systems, with a proven track record in managing and enhancing large-scale IT systems, ideally in the Middle East. In-depth knowledge of Video Management Systems, Network Management Systems, and Advanced Traffic Management Systems. Familiarity with container orchestration tools for systems architecture. Strong understanding of networking principles, security protocols, and system architecture. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with tools and scripting for operational efficiency improvements. Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for service management. Expertise in system monitoring tools and incident response platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors responsible for the upkeep and operational efficiency of Traffic Control and Monitoring systems.
- Design and implement advanced systems solutions that align with strategic organizational goals and customer requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to determine system needs, streamline architecture, create roadmaps, and execute impactful projects.
- Establish and maintain best practices for system design, monitoring, and upkeep, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement strategies for performance tuning and optimization to boost system reliability and efficiency.
- Oversee incident management processes to meet service level agreements (SLAs), conducting post-incident reviews to identify root causes and prevent future issues.
- Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning.
