You will collaborate with engineering leaders in the automotive technology sector, closely interacting with stakeholders from the US, India, and Germany, while overseeing external recruitment vendors to ensure timely and high-quality hires across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for IT and engineering positions within the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with local and global hiring managers to establish hiring strategies and define candidate profiles.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders in the US, India, and Germany, ensuring alignment on expectations, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Lead recruitment initiatives with defined milestones, tracking metrics, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Evaluate and manage external vendors and outsourcing partners to maintain performance, quality pipelines, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct structured interviews with a focus on technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
- Recognize market trends and proactively refine sourcing strategies.
- Guarantee a strong candidate experience that adheres to global standards.
