Qualifications
Proficient in validating the availability and completeness of workflows and API endpoints (charging, cancellation, invoice, etc.). Ability to draft, maintain, and disseminate clear technical documentation, including starter kits and flow diagrams. Experience in coordinating local environment setups (VPN, IP whitelisting, SMPP, etc.). Skilled in preparing and executing test plans with both internal teams and external partners. Expertise in validating technical and functional tests. Support debugging efforts and identify technical gaps during integration. Ensure documentation is centralized and regularly updated using tools like Jira and SharePoint. Track project progress and communicate blockers effectively with internal and external teams. Collaborate closely with Digital Virgo teams (Business, Technical, Product, etc.) and local partners. Assist the Product team in product launch testing and debugging efforts. Required Profile:A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical roles (development, network, telecom) and a strong understanding of integration processes.
