Position based in Quebec, Hybrid Work Environment
Variable work schedule rotating between day, evening, and night shifts
Responsibilities:
Address client inquiries and requests promptly.
Document escalation tickets to resolve network and security issues effectively.
Provide detailed resolutions within tight deadlines.
Conduct in-depth analyses on complex cases to implement necessary corrections.
Collaborate with team members to solve client problems through emails, memos, etc.
Work in partnership with various departments to find optimal solutions for clients.
Update all steps related to case resolution to maintain a 100% accuracy rate at all times.
