We are seeking a dedicated New Partner Experience Advisor to enhance our team in Manchester. In this critical role, you will serve as the essential link for our Italian partners during their initial two months on the platform, equipping them with the tools, confidence, and strategies needed for sustained success.

Your Responsibilities

As a member of the New Partner Experience (NPX) team, you will collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to ensure a seamless experience for our newest partners, guiding them through our systems and optimizing their growth from day one.

Your daily activities may include:

Lead Partner Success: Act as the primary relationship manager for newly onboarded Italian restaurants, ensuring they meet essential operational metrics and KPIs during their crucial first 60 days.
Consult on Growth: Educate partners on enhancing their menu visibility and leveraging advertising tools to maintain steady order volume.
Liaison & Coordination: Act as the connection between restaurant partners and internal teams, including the photography team, to ensure their digital storefronts are visually appealing.
Build Lasting Trust: Conduct high-quality outbound calls to address partner issues swiftly, fostering the engagement and trust essential for a long-term partnership.
Operational Excellence: Meet daily targets and uphold quality standards while maintaining detailed administrative records to ensure compliance and task completion.

Linguistic Proficiency: Native or fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
