Your Responsibilities
As a Recruitment & Marketing Specialist, you will spearhead the entire acquisition process for Evaluators in Japan. Your focus will be on crafting, testing, and scaling acquisition channels that synchronize global brand positioning with local market nuances, utilizing Japanese platforms and community engagement practices. This role requires a combination of strategic insight and hands-on execution, including the development of localized playbooks, campaign execution, and ownership of critical growth metrics. You will report to both local and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Local Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop and oversee the growth strategy for Evaluator recruitment in Japan, ensuring alignment with profile specifications and national objectives.
- Adapt global playbooks to fit Japanese cultural contexts and platforms in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Explore and prioritize new channels for recruitment, including campus initiatives, community outreach, and influencer collaborations.
2. Lead Generation & User Acquisition
- Create and manage multi-channel recruitment campaigns that encompass online, offline, social media, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive social recruiting efforts on Japanese platforms such as LINE, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Establish and oversee programs in universities, travel sectors, and automotive communities to attract qualified Evaluators.
- Execute direct recruitment campaigns autonomously, designing and implementing effective strategies.
- Manage performance metrics and budgets across channels, focusing on optimizing volume, quality, and cost per qualified lead.
3. Funnel Management & Optimization
- Oversee the entire acquisition funnel from initial contact to qualification of Evaluators.
- Identify and analyze drop-off points in the funnel, collaborating with Operations and Growth & Engagement teams to refine targeting and messaging.
- Conduct structured A/B testing on various elements (audiences, creatives, offers) to enhance sign-up and qualification rates.
- Establish and maintain streamlined processes to facilitate scaling of the funnel.
4. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment strategies and processes continuously.
