Technical Skills: Proficient in the Java ecosystem, particularly with Spring Boot. Best Practices: Strong understanding of programming principles and industry best practices. Frontend Development: Experience using Angular framework. CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Delivery processes, along with Git. Agile Environment: Proven experience working in agile settings. Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong teamwork orientation. Client Communication: Ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to emerging technologies. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with a capacity to work both collaboratively and independently. Language: Fluency in English is required.
