You will be an integral member of the Biometric Platform for ID Issuance team, a dedicated group focused on developing ABIS* software that empowers governments to manage elections, issue ePassports, and enhance border security.

In your initial months, you will...
- Engage with our technical infrastructure, architecture, and Java and Kotlin workflows.
- Build collaborative relationships across various teams and functions.
- Implement minor bug fixes and enhancements to familiarize yourself with our systems.
As you acclimate to your role, you will...
- Actively contribute to the development and optimization of components within our Biometric Platform for ID Issuance team.
- Participate in designing new features and improving APIs.
- Collaborate with engineers across teams to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintain a clean architecture.
Within your first year, you will...
- Lead technical discussions and develop complex features.
- Mentor junior engineers while establishing coding standards and best practices.
- Influence our long-term technical strategy and continually enhance our technology stack.
