About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented individual eager to embark on a career in recruitment with a UK-based client. This position is based in our Centurion office and provides a clear pathway for development into a full 270 recruiter role.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage in targeted business development to attract new client leads.
• Cultivate relationships with UK hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Conduct phone interviews and qualification calls with candidates.
• Oversee aspects of the recruitment lifecycle while acquiring full-desk responsibilities.
• Provide weekly performance and activity reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve hiring objectives.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for both candidates and clients.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in 180 recruitment or demonstrated sales/business development experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for recruitment.
• Capacity to work during UK business hours.
• Results-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn and advance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment.
• Reside within commuting distance of Centurion (this is an office-based role).
