About the Role
The 1st Line Workplace IT Support Specialist will provide essential first-level technical assistance to end users, ensuring that all issues and service requests are documented, prioritized, and resolved promptly. This role serves as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries and is vital in maintaining operational continuity and ensuring user satisfaction.
