Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities.Minimum GPA of 2.5.Hands-on attitude with a proactive approach to work.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and tools is an advantage.Self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently.

Collaborating closely with the Manufacturing Operations Group Leader, you will support ongoing operations, implement innovative improvements, and uphold our commitment to product quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of operational processes.
- Support coordination of shift handover meetings and establish operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes and product performance.
- Contribute to the development and updating of 6S improvements on the production floor.
- Collect and analyze production data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Champion continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Prepare informative reports, presentations, and technical documentation for project updates.
