INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
This internship offers students a chance to gain invaluable real-world experience within a fully integrated, digitally-savvy advertising agency, specifically focusing on our Media team. We are committed to fostering diverse talent by providing exposure, experience, and access to opportunities in the marketing and advertising sectors. While the internship lasts for 12 weeks, many past interns have successfully transitioned into careers at The Shipyard. We emphasize a hands-on learning environment, requiring interns to work on-site in our San Diego, CA office. Interns can expect to work approximately 40 hours per week throughout the summer, receiving compensation of $20 per hour.
YOUR ROLE
Interns will be immersed in the Media department, receiving guidance and mentorship from a designated supervisor. This role provides an overview of all agency departments and opportunities to shadow meetings and collaborate on various projects, contributing to campaigns and initiatives.
All candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
