About the Role
We are seeking a talented 2D Graphic and Motion Designer to enrich our performance marketing team. This pivotal position entails crafting visually engaging static graphics (such as banner ads) and dynamic motion graphics, including classic video editing and animation. You will collaborate with our marketing team on various creative projects, significantly impacting advertising initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching 2D banners and motion advertisements for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Stay informed about the latest trends on Instagram and TikTok, demonstrating a keen understanding of timing, spacing, and dynamics in video content.
- Utilize AI tools to generate captivating images.
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions with the marketing team and share your innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong skills in both static and motion design.
- Fundamental understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
- Solid grasp of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics for video content.
- Experience in using AI image generators, including crafting effective prompts for optimal outcomes.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate and develop new ideas.
- Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
- A portfolio showcasing your 2D banners and motion projects is required.

- Familiarity with TikTok trends.
