Join Abercrombie & Fitch as a Store Management Trainee (MIT) in our dynamic and enriching 90-day blended-learning program designed to equip you with essential skills for managing a multi-million-dollar retail business. This program offers a unique combination of support training, hands-on experience, and personalized coaching from your supervisor in key areas such as Store Operations, Business Management, Customer Experience, Floor Supervision, and Talent Management.
Successfully completing this program is your pathway to leadership, providing foundational skills necessary for effective store management and fostering strong working relationships with your team. Throughout the program, you'll engage in regular discussions with your supervisor and undergo structured evaluations at 30, 60, and 90 days.
This initiative empowers you to develop your managerial capabilities independently while benefiting from long-term career support from your team. Graduating from this program will pave your way to the Assistant Manager role, where you'll play a critical role in all aspects of store operations, including staffing, hiring & training, business analysis, driving sales success, visual marketing & merchandising, competitor & market analysis, and human resource management.
