The program features regular check-ins and assessments at 30, 60, and 90 days, empowering you to grow independently while receiving ongoing career support from your team. Upon successful completion, you will advance to the role of Assistant Manager, where you will oversee various aspects of store operations, including staffing, hiring and training, business analysis, driving sales success, visual merchandising, competitive market analysis, and human resource management.
