This immersive 90-day blended learning program is designed to equip you with the key skills necessary to successfully manage a multi-million-dollar retail operation. Throughout the program, you will benefit from a mix of supportive training, hands-on experience, and personalized coaching from your supervisor across critical areas such as Store Operations, Business Management, Customer Experience, Floor Supervision, and Talent Management.
Completing this program is your first step towards a leadership role, providing you with the foundational skills to effectively manage a store while fostering strong relationships with your team. Regular check-ins with your supervisor at the 30, 60, and 90-day milestones will ensure you are on track with your progress. The MIT program empowers you to grow independently while receiving long-term career guidance from your team.
Upon successful completion of this program, you will advance to the position of Assistant Manager, where you will engage in all aspects of store operations, including staffing, hiring and training, business analysis, driving sales success, visual merchandising, market analysis, and human resource management.
