As an Account Associate, you will collaborate with our Customer Success Management (CSM) Team to deliver effective water treatment solutions for our clients. This entry-level role within the commercial sales sector will allow you to apply your technical knowledge while gaining insight into the sales dynamics of organizations. You'll be responsible for specific projects and day-to-day tasks, focusing on immediate problem resolution and short-term planning.
This position is part of the RISE early career program—a 12-month initiative designed to enrich participants' learning experiences and foster skill development, knowledge, and confidence. Participants are full-time employees who will gain hands-on experience across different business areas, establishing a strong foundation for a career at Veolia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts by developing growth strategies, planning, identifying opportunities, and effectively communicating value.
- Collaborate with your team to drive profitable sales within your designated territory.
- Focus on acquiring new accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
- Engage with current customers and prospects to meet their sales and service requirements.
