Account Coordinators are the future of Hotwire and play a vital role in our client service achievements. This entry-level position requires a passion for communications, outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and a drive for success.
In this role, you will learn the essentials of the communications field, from understanding technology and business to identifying compelling stories, producing content, engaging with influencers, and reporting results to clients. While learning, you will also take charge of executing various aspects of client campaigns, contributing creative ideas, conducting research, reporting, and interacting with media and influencers, as well as participating in client and internal meetings.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Research and implement innovative strategies, staying informed on AI, tech trends, and media developments.
- Effectively prioritize competing tasks while executing with precision and efficiency.
- Create and maintain engaging content and reports for clients.
