We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Account Coordinator to strengthen our connection with customers, our Sales Team, and internal departments. This role involves limited sales responsibilities, nurturing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, addressing all customer inquiries, and assisting them in making informed product choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, customer support emails, and chats while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Process and document incoming orders, presenting them to the Processing Department.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to inventory, pricing, orders, back orders, and returns.
- Develop a solid understanding of our product range to effectively respond to customer queries.
- Proactively suggest alternative or additional products to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in customer outreach to communicate and assess any ongoing issues.
- Collaborate with the processing team and Account Managers to guarantee accurate order processing, including price verification, shipping methods, and backorders.
- Handle all documentation for customer orders, RMAs, and backorders efficiently.
- Compile and maintain relevant customer data and report any significant trends or concerns to management.
- Ensure accurate customer data management across our ticketing, ERP, and CRM systems.
