As the Account Development Lead for our cluster, you will play a pivotal role in fostering partnerships with the regional CMI team of one of our clients, the cluster CMI leader, and local teams. Your mission will be to strengthen and expand strategic partnerships as 'One Team' (with the support of the Regional Customer Success Lead and the Regional Customer Care Lead) by delivering exceptional service through high-quality data, impactful insights, and expert solutions. You will contribute to category understanding and provide a strategic vision to support our client's commercial performance and future growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead the commercial strategy and coordinate sales activities across the cluster, including annual agreement reviews, business proposals, and new business opportunities in 25 EU countries (AT, CH, Benelux, Nordics, Southeastern Europe, and Central Europe) for entities – Pet food, confectionery, Human Food, and Kind with the support of NIQ's local sales team.
● Collaborate with the Regional Customer Success Insight Lead to design the commercial elements of the Joint Business Plan and identify business opportunities to generate additional revenue.
● Implement the Account Plan and sales strategies closely with NIQ Global Services experts, SA&I, BB, GFK by NIQ, Digital Purchases, and Digital Shelf to exceed annual targets.
● Engage with senior management of our client, understand their business strategies, objectives, and growth opportunities, and translate these into operational insights using NielsenIQ services and solutions.
● Collaborate with the NIQ Regional Customer Care and Global Ops lead to drive client satisfaction on key initiatives, including transition plans, technology upgrades, and the deployment plan for product enhancements, wherever possible with local NIQ teams.
