As an Account Director, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through the management of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts while also generating new business opportunities. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while fostering trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in cybersecurity, IT, and procurement. This high-impact, quota-carrying role is perfect for a strategic and customer-focused sales leader.
Your Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and channel networks
- Conduct strategic discovery sessions to align cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future’s intelligence solutions
- Engage with channel partners in collaborative go-to-market initiatives, leveraging their networks and relationships
Account Management
- Own and develop key enterprise accounts across diverse verticals
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by identifying unmet needs and usage patterns
- Establish robust, multi-threaded relationships with technical and executive audiences (CISO, CIO, VP of Security)
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and value that extend beyond the initial sale
- Collaborate with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and long-term customer satisfaction
Sales Execution & Forecasting
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–12 months
- Utilize MEDDPICC and value-based selling frameworks to qualify and advance deals
- Develop and present compelling proposals with a strong understanding of both technical value and business ROI
- Leverage Salesforce, Clari, and Gong to manage pipeline health, monitor activity, and maintain forecast accuracy
- Handle objections and pricing discussions with confidence and professionalism
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and enterprise buying behavior
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to inform product development and strategy
