Key Objectives:
The Account Director plays a crucial role in actively managing a portfolio of high-priority accounts within their region. As a senior member of the Client Success team, you will foster and strengthen relationships with enterprise-level clients, ensuring retention and meeting performance targets. This position offers an excellent opportunity to guide clients in utilizing Vista products effectively while providing essential training and support to the regional Client Success team as needed.
As a regional position, the Account Director reports directly to the Regional Head of Client Success, who will assist in prioritizing and deploying projects.

Core Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and sustain proactive relationships by fully understanding client needs.
- Align client goals with Vista Group's products and services.
- Oversee projects, managing escalations when necessary.
Account Ownership:
- Manage strategically critical accounts that require senior-level attention.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Act as the primary contact between clients and Vista.
- Provide precise quotes for software and services.
- Lead client planning sessions, documenting calls and account strategies.
- Serve as the escalation point for client concerns.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
- Support the Account Management team to ensure effective client relations.
Billing & Forecasting:
- Ensure accurate invoicing for products and services.
- Manage accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce client debt.
- Maintain customer forecasts within Vista’s CRM system.
Issue Resolution:
- Act as the escalation point for complex client issues to ensure their satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work in partnership with sales, product, support, and engineering teams.
- Engage in cross-regional and departmental initiatives.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
- Enhance knowledge of Vista Group software and the cinema industry.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
People Management:
- Lead and manage direct reports to achieve targets.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure team performance aligns with Vista standards.
- Address performance issues promptly and provide necessary training.
