A24 is seeking an energetic and strategic Account Director to lead our expanding revenue-sharing business within the AVOD and FAST sectors. This pivotal role will be responsible for strengthening partnerships with over 10 accounts, focusing on tailored distribution strategies to maximize performance and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will drive the development of internal data systems and perform comprehensive performance analysis to guide data-driven strategic recommendations for business expansion. This position can be based in either our Los Angeles or New York office.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Enhance and nurture partner relationships to unlock new revenue streams while delivering exceptional service.
- Develop and present innovative materials to execute customized promotional strategies for partners.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to optimize on-platform product offerings.
- Manage internal contract organization and ensure timely compliance with partner timelines and renewals.
- Oversee accounts for 10+ providers with a focus on expansion.
Business Development
- Identify, assess, and capitalize on new partnership opportunities to drive market growth.
- Collaborate with the General Manager in reviewing contracts and negotiating terms with new and existing partners.
- Maintain comprehensive market awareness to spot new revenue opportunities and prioritize partner outreach.
Performance Analysis
- Establish and refine reporting systems, workflows, and key performance indicators to support revenue objectives.
- Develop partner performance forecasts and conduct competitive analyses to inform business expectations and revenue benchmarks.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ad-revenue performance metrics, effectively communicating insights to leadership to set strategic goals and identify growth areas.
- Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to enhance performance analysis processes.
