We are on the lookout for an ambitious and seasoned Account Director to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for a professional eager to advance their career by spearheading a prestigious global account within our Electricals division, specifically partnering with a leading brand in the Vaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Account Operations: Act as the primary liaison for client stakeholders, ensuring exemplary service, strategic insights, and the seamless execution of field marketing initiatives.
- Data Management and Reporting: Assume full accountability for client data and reporting, collaborating closely with the D&I Manager to ensure timely and precise reporting. Demonstrate curiosity towards various data streams, identifying trends that could steer operational strategies and enhance results.
- Strategic Field Marketing Leadership: Guide the planning, management, and execution of large-scale field sales projects in partnership with clients, external agencies, internal teams, and leadership, guaranteeing alignment and realistic expectations.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain robust client relationships by comprehensively understanding their business objectives, translating these into innovative field marketing solutions that directly contribute to revenue growth.
- Operational Excellence Advocacy: Oversee project briefings, manage budgets, and monitor campaign performance through data analysis to ensure compliance, quality, and impact.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Facilitate smooth integration with Client Development, Campaign Management, Talent Management, and our international branches to uphold brand consistency and an exceptional client experience.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement while leading recruitment and training initiatives.
