As the Sales Account Director, you will be pivotal in executing TRM’s go-to-market strategy for our Department of State (DoS), U.S. Secret Service (USSS), and National Cyber Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFI) clients. Your mission will be to deepen our presence in this critical sector. We are on the lookout for a sales professional who is not only customer-focused but also adept at navigating the complexities of the cryptocurrency landscape to close significant deals.
Your Impact:
Account Mapping: Engage with key stakeholders within DoS, USSS, NCFI, and Law Enforcement to understand their needs, use cases, budgeting authority, and decision-making processes.
Prospecting: Identify and connect with new stakeholders, understanding their priorities and potential use cases.
Nurturing Relationships: Lead efforts to cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring effective feedback loops, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute plans to meet company objectives, drive revenue, and uncover new growth avenues.
Product Expertise: Enhance your understanding of TRM’s offerings and industry-specific knowledge to improve every stage of the sales process.
Customer Advocacy: Actively solicit and prioritize customer feedback, championing it within TRM.
Fostering Loyalty: Build a base of satisfied customers who will refer new prospects and provide valuable insights.
What We Seek:
Proven experience in sales, particularly within the cryptocurrency or tech sectors.
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and its challenges.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A consultative sales approach with a focus on customer needs.
