The team consists of professionals in Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnerships, all working in unison to deliver impactful AI solutions to users worldwide.
About the Role
As an Account Director, you will be instrumental in helping clients grasp the profound potential of advanced AI models to transform their businesses and enhance user experience. This position demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic vision, partnership building, and a value-centric approach.
You will drive opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Collaborating closely with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists, you will empower customers to innovate within their industries through AI.
This role is based in Singapore, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week) and relocation assistance available for new hires.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing a select group of key accounts and crafting comprehensive account strategies.
- Guiding enterprise prospects through their journey from initial interest to successful implementation.
- Collaborating with solutions and research engineering teams to design and execute complex customer initiatives.
- Managing revenue targets related to usage and consumption.
- Forecasting consumption revenue and analyzing key account metrics to produce insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Monitoring industry trends to inform product development and strategic planning.
- Working alongside various departments including marketing, finance, and engineering.
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Contributing to the cultivation of a positive company culture.
