As our Account Director, you will...
Lead and oversee all account management processes within our Healthcare team. You will serve as a senior solution-oriented leader, adept at forging long-term relationships between clients and agency teams. With your extensive industry knowledge and experience, you will motivate team members to enhance our strategies, creativity, and digital campaigns, making them more innovative and effective. This role necessitates consistent client interaction and high-level engagement in all facets of account management.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership to the Account Management team, including:
- Act as the trusted voice of the consumer by incorporating customer and marketplace insights into strategic and marketing program development.
- Skillfully balance the expectations of both the agency and our clients.
- Guide clients by sharing insights on strategy, ideas, trends, and thought leadership.
- Building and nurturing relationships with senior clients to meet the overall needs of both the client and agency.
- Approving materials for client reporting.
- Identifying additional business needs and implementing solutions to foster business growth.
- Utilizing your experience to craft strategic and creative solutions for both existing and prospective clients.
- Incorporating senior staff from other departments as project objectives or issues arise.
- Mentoring and advising the account team to manage and grow talent effectively.
