Mission
As a Commercial Executive, collaborate closely with our Regional Vice President to propel strategic growth in Central and Eastern Europe, taking full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing. This senior role is perfect for a seasoned solution seller who excels in establishing strategic relationships, navigating intricate deals, and providing transformative value to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions with C-level executives and business leaders to identify priorities and assess the impact of transformative changes.
- Team up with Field Strategists and Solution Engineers throughout the sales process to craft and present customized solutions.
- Utilize Gap Selling methodologies to develop engaging business cases and value narratives that align technology with measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder engagement to secure commitments and advance transformation projects towards successful closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the client's current situation, defining their ideal future state, and proposing solutions that bridge the gap with tangible business value.
Who You Are
- Over 2 years of experience in complex B2B solution sales, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation sectors.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders on strategic business challenges beyond merely product discussions.
- Ability to showcase instances where you identified unrecognized business issues and delivered clear ROI.
- Experienced in successfully managing multi-stakeholder, complex sales opportunities.
- Confident in discussing KPIs, operational models, and financial implications in detail with client leadership.
