Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle with provided support.
Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing discussions with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Convert inbound and founder-generated leads into successful deals.
Collaborate closely with founders during initial sales engagements while quickly progressing toward independence.
Evaluate potential accounts, identify stakeholders, and create compelling ROI-focused business cases.
Advance deals effectively with defined next steps, urgency, and alignment with executives.
Keep precise records of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and deal notes.
Contribute to refining messaging, Ideal Customer Profiles, and qualification standards based on actual sales conversations.
Provide constructive feedback regarding objections, pricing concerns, and reasons for deal stagnation or closure.
Work closely with the Product team to communicate customer insights and needs gathered from the field.
Engage with customers post-sale to ensure a smooth transition and early realization of value.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and foster relationships to convert initial customers into long-term partners.
Your Profile
3-5 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
Entrepreneurial spirit: Experience as a founder or early startup employee, thriving in uncertain environments.
Eager to embrace a full-fledged AE role and manage deals comprehensively.
Skilled in conducting discovery calls and demos, with a willingness to refine closing techniques.
Inquisitive, receptive to coaching, and proactive in seeking answers—capable of asking insightful questions and quickly adapting.
Articulate and confident communicator who simplifies complex product concepts into clear value propositions.
Organized and methodical yet flexible, you excel in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.
