The Opportunity
We are actively seeking two Account Executives to join our team immediately, driving our growing pipeline and leveraging our strong market presence.
This consultative sales role is ideal for AEs seeking substantial ownership, exposure to sophisticated deal cycles, and the benefits of an early-stage environment—no previous startup experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Navigate complex purchasing processes involving multiple stakeholders across RevOps, enablement, and sales leadership.
- Cultivate champions while managing intricate deal cycles.
- Conduct consultative discovery that emphasizes customer business outcomes over transactional selling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to progress deals through evaluation and closure.
- Ensure precise pipeline management and deal forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing six-figure B2B deals.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments effectively.
- Experience overseeing a full sales cycle from discovery through to closure.
- Strong business acumen and a deep interest in understanding revenue generation.
- Consultative approach with the capacity to identify issues and propose solutions.
- High adaptability and swift learning capability.
- B2B SaaS experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an AE role (flexible on background and career path).
Nice to Have
- Previous top-performing BDR promoted to an AE role.
- Experience selling to growing or upmarket customer segments.
- First-time experience in an early-stage company (not essential).
