The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive with a focus on banking solutions tailored for cannabis operators. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in expanding our financial services portfolio, forging connections with cannabis businesses to aid their growth in a tightly regulated environment. You will concentrate on high-value cannabis clients, delivering customized solutions that meet their distinct financial requirements. To excel in this position, you will need to demonstrate sales proficiency, have a robust understanding of both the cannabis and financial services sectors, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Establish relationships with financial executives at the Director, VP, and C-level across cannabis retail businesses.
- Enhance customer engagement and maximize the revenue potential of LeafLink’s financial product offerings.
- Remain informed about evolving trends and regulations within the cannabis and financial services sectors to proactively tackle client challenges.
- Identify pain points related to cannabis banking, compliance, and financial management, providing tailored banking solutions that deliver significant value.
- Utilize analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
