Your Contribution
As an Account Executive at Axon, you will be pivotal in marketing TASER products and services to medium and large law enforcement agencies. This field-based position requires a strong ability to communicate complex product information, nurture and sustain senior-level relationships, navigate procurement processes, and lead the Axon team to achieve success. You will also provide technical and administrative product insights, demonstrations, and training.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share within assigned agencies to enhance customer satisfaction and meet strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to propel revenue advancement.
- Collaboratively develop and implement account strategies to deliver compelling value propositions.
- Foster customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, understand their business needs and workflows, and cultivate a robust contact network within accounts.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives at the account level.
- Engage specialists as necessary to meet client needs.
- Monitor and manage all account activities for major City, County, and State accounts.
- Utilize internal systems to track customer activity and identify additional opportunities.
